Catholics rage against gospel proclamation at the Kettering, Ohio abortion clinic. Watch several intense encounters in the 3 minute video (below) from June 7,2023.
The men make multiple claims including: I am “an insult to Christianity”, “the Catholic Church gave us the Bible”, and “Mary is the mother of God”.
But we offered them the true gospel and proclaimed many scriptures that day including:
- Worship the Son (Psalm 2:12, Luke 11:27)
- Turn from idolatry (1 Cor 10:7, 9, Revelation 21:8, Jeremiah 44)
- Salvation is by faith (Eph 2:8-9, Romans 10:17, Acts 10:43, Acts 8:12)
- Scripture is God breathed (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
- The sacrificial work of Jesus is finished (John 19:30, Hebrews 10:11-14)
Join us in praying for all to hear the word of Christ and trust in Him alone. We proclaim repentance and faith every day to abortion clinic mothers, fathers, workers and protestors.
Although most do not have ears to ear the gospel (Matthew 13:15) , we know that God’s word will not return empty but will accomplish the purpose for which he sends it (Isaiah 55:11).
Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish in the way, for his wrath is quickly kindled. Blessed are all who take refuge in him.
Psalm 2:12
Catholics Rage Against Gospel Proclamation (2:30 Video)
I offer this video to edify the body of Christ. As you know, Christians are called to make disciples by proclaiming the gospel … even in challenging situations.
We Love Catholics
Because I love my Catholic friends I pray for them to be saved. Many are drawn to protesting abortion. Obviously, we are grateful for their zeal for the unborn. But we want them to know the true gospel of Jesus Christ.
And most Catholics at the abortion clinic are not like these guys. Some are willing to engage in respectful dialogue. And we rejoice that we have had some opportunities to share the gospel.
But we must proclaim the true gospel to all who believe a false gospel. And we must call them to repent before it is too late.
Brothers, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved. For I bear them witness that they have a zeal for God, but not according to knowledge. For, being ignorant of the righteousness of God, and seeking to establish their own, they did not submit to God’s righteousness. For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
Romans 10: 1-4
Why Do We Continue When Catholics Rage?
Jesus preached many times to raging Pharisees. And he went to Jerusalem knowing what his enemies would do to him. The prophets of old proclaimed the word of God at the gates of the city knowing they would be abused. Paul faced much opposition (Acts 21-26) and was beaten many times (2 Cor 11:24). George Whitefield preached to large crowds even when they threw dead cats at him.
We too are commanded to speak before hostile crowds. Why? Because God gets the glory. And He ordains the ends as well as the means. For we know that there is joy in heaven when one sinner repents. And faith comes from hearing the true gospel. So we go and make disciples by proclaiming the gospel of Christ. We just have no way of knowing who God is drawing to himself so we proclaim the truth even in the face of opposition.
As long as Catholics are on a public sidewalk and we have free speech rights we will proclaim the true gospel and pray for God to save them. Christ’s sheep will hear his voice.
Is not my word like fire, declares the Lord, and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?
Jeremiah 23:29

Pray for Us
Finally, brothers, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may speed ahead and be honored, as happened among you, and that we may be delivered from wicked and evil men. For not all have faith. But the Lord is faithful.
