Love Heckler at Bengals Game

January 6, 2021 by Dave Leave a Comment

Watch this three minute video of a “love heckler” at the January 3, 2021 Bengals game. We preached Christ and him crucified to 10,000 fans who entered the gates. The “love heckler” asserted that:

  • “I am a Christian.”
  • “All you talk about is hate.”
  • “Talk about love, son.”
  • “I know more than you can hope to know.”

Love Heckler Video

We welcome the hecklers because they draw attention to the message of Christ. And we get many people encouraging us every week. It was interesting that the Baltimore Ravens fan in the video encouraged us at the same time the Bengals fan was trying to discourage us.

About 1000 gospel tracts went out that day. We are grateful for the protection of God and the police. And the fellowship of the evangelists. Finally, we are satisfied that the word of God went out to about 10,000 fans. May God get the glory.

Psalm 19:7

Biblical Evangelism in Cincinnati Bus Station

February 28, 2020 by Dave Leave a Comment

Bus Station Evangelism

We do biblical evangelism in Cincinnati. So we share the law and gospel with everyone. And the bus station is one of our favorite evangelism “fishing holes”. Over the years we have found that this is a great place to share your faith.

Many bus travelers are hungry so we try to bring a few snacks. And we pass out gospel tracts and the Gospel of John booklets.

Don’t worry about the fact that you don’t know anyone. We use a variety of approaches to open a conversation with a complete stranger.

Videos: Biblical Evangelism in Cincinnati Bus Station

Here are a few videos to give you a feel for the environment. And you will also be able to pick up our approach to biblical evangelism.

  • Self-righteous man: Jesus Came Not for the Righteous, but Sinners (:35)
  • Repentance: God’s Kindness is Meant to Lead You to Repentance (2:16)
  • Dave Not Good Candidate to Go to Heaven (3:25)
  • Does God Forgive Everyone Who Asks for Forgiveness? (3:32)
  • Larry Most of the Way Saved (:53)
  • Bruised Reed He Will Not Break (3:19)
  • Do you Know the Basis for God’s Forgiveness? (2:59)

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”

One-to-One Evangelism at UC, Miami University and NKU

October 2, 2019 by Dave Leave a Comment

We do one-to-one evangelism at UC, Miami University and NKU. We share the law and the gospel with gentleness and respect. Students are invited to solve puzzles on a white board and take The “Good Person” Test.

The University of Cincinnati boasts an enrollment of approximately 44,000 students. Miami University enrolls about 19,500 students and Northern Kentucky University enrolls about 16,000 students.

After sharing the law and the gospel, we offer free Gospel’s of John. And we give some students our contact information. Christian students at the University of Cincinnati are encouraged to attend Bible Studies and connect with a local church.
